Background
Kate qualified some 18 years ago having joined Pearlman Grazin as a
trainee. She became a Partner in 1992.
Whilst Kate has wide experience in a number of fields of law, including
Crime, Conveyancing and General Litigation her main area of work for a
number of years has been Family Law, encompassing all aspects of
Matrimonial Law and Child Care.
She has been a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel for many
years and has also been a member of the Law Society Children’s Panel,
representing children in Care Proceedings for 10 years.
In January 2004 Kate became an accredited Specialist Family Lawyer with
the Solicitors Family Law Association (now known as Resolution) which
recognises her particular experience in resolving ancillary financial disputes
allied to Divorce and her private Children Law Practice.
Allied to her technical strength Kate is able to offer a sympathetic and
practicable approach to relationship breakdown and conducts advocacy in
both the Magistrates Court and the County Court.
