Background
Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 1995, after serving with the British Army in a cavalry regiment.
He joined Godloves in 2003.
He previously worked for a number of national personal injury firms acting primarily for trade union members. As a consequence he has a breadth of experience in all types of personal injury claims.
He is a member of the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority’s Accredited Personal Injury Panel; he is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Experience
Andrew has extensive experience in personal injury matters ranging from serious accidents at work to product liability issues.
In fact he is currently heavily involved in a large class action acting for victims of contaminated sofas nationally.
Andrew has been involved in law creating cases at the highest domestic Court, ie. The House of Lords.
He has secured substantial compensation for clients with serious injuries.
