Background
Margaret Spencer is a masters graduate of London University and a former
lecturer at both Leeds University and Leeds Metropolitan University.
Margaret gained invaluable experience in Commercial Property whilst
working in London for two highly regarded City firms. She returned to Leeds
after ten years in the City and joined Godloves. Under her supervision, the
Commercial Property Unit has grown and now specialises in all areas of
commercial property work for clients based both in and around Yorkshire
and throughout the country.
Margaret is well known for always putting clients first and readily provides
help and advice in a clear and direct manner.
Always looking for ways to provide a one-stop-shop of development advice
for clients. Margaret will liaise with banks, accountants, surveyors, tax
experts and planners to provide any additional help she can to clients.
Margaret’s portfolio of clients includes national retailers, developers, banks
and investment companies.
