Background
Janet joined Godloves in 1999 after the firm acquired the specialist Industrial Disease practice, Saffmans.
Janet specialises in industrial disease claims and heads the Industrial Diseases division whoch operates out of the Beeston office.
Experience
Janet has successfully acted for a large number of victims of industrial
disease including vibration white finger, noise induced deafness and
respiratory diseases.
She is keen to uphold high standards of practice within this specialist area
of personal injury law and so is a member of the British Coal Solicitors Group (in respect of vibration white finger, respiratory diseases
and miners’ knee injuries) and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Janet is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
