Background
Kumer has been a partner at the firm since 1998 and is a Management Board Member. After graduating in law from Oxford University in 1989 Kumer studied at the College of Law in York. After training at a large national firm he has spent virtually all of his qualified career at Godloves.
Initially his work consisted of a wide range of commercial and property litigation and general litigation matters. His practice now consists primarily of property litigation but he also continues to undertake commercial litigation. He has expertise in all areas of land law, landlord and tenant law, housing law and general commercial litigation .He leads and manages the Commercial Property Litigation and Housing Litigation Departments.
Kumer is a member of various professional bodies and organisations including the Property Litigation Association. He has developed close contacts with a network of property professionals from various disciplines which adds value to the work carried out on behalf of clients.
