Background
Mark spent almost 10 years working in the public sector before transferring to the private sector.
Since joining Godloves Mark has worked in all 4 of the firm’s offices providing the full range of residential conveyancing services for his private clients in addition to commercial property work for his landlord and tenant clients.
Since 2006 Mark has overseen all property work carried out in Garforth whether by Godloves or by Propertyfast, its bulk conveyancing referral arm.
Mark is also a member of the firm’s Marketing Committee and launched a successful business lunch club in the area in 2008
Experience

- All types of residential conveyancing work (including but not limited to sales and purchases, whether freehold or leasehold, new build or existing, subject to tenancies or not, with mortgages or cash, repossessions, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, equity release)
- Commercial property sales and purchases
- Commercial leases (whether new or existing, whether acting for Landlord, Tenant or Assignee)
Mark has a broad range of clients, referrers, and contacts and is ideally placed, given his background and experience, to meet the needs of both clients and referrers alike, whether based locally or from further afield.
