Background
Michael qualified as a solicitor in September 2006 working for Walker Morris and Gordons LLP before joining Godloves in 2011.
Experience
Michael advises on a range of corporate matters, particularly corporate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, company law compliance and has considerable expertise in advising on high value commercial contracts. His clients have included The Evans Property Group, Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc and The Tussauds Group.
In addition, Michael has been involved in a number of large scale construction projects across the UK and continues to work in-house in the construction industry working closely with Carey Group PLC, Addingtons Formworks and McAleer & Rushe.
