Background
Michael qualified and practiced in his native USA as well as England, spending some 10 years as a ‘trial attorney’ before joining a very large commercial practice in Leeds.
He joined Godloves as a partner in 2005 in charge of their Employment Department.
This area of law is full of advisers of differing descriptions. Rarely do they combine the experience, skill and pragmatism Michael offers his clients. In a minefield of expanding rights, clients get a proactive, partner-led service and not the ‘call centre’ approach of some advisers.
