Yorkshire's Injury Lawyers Ltd is committed to delivering an outstanding service to our clients.

If, as a client, you are dissatisfied with any element of our service, (including about your bill), you should first contact the fee earner with responsibility for your matter or your relationship manager if you have one. If they are unable to resolve your dissatisfaction their head of the relevant department will be happy to discuss the matter with you or pass the matter onto the firm's Senior Partner.

We have a procedure in place which details how we handle complaints which is available from any of our offices on request.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint you can ask the Legal Ombudsman (address PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ, website www.legalombudsman.org.uk, telephone 0300 555 0333 or email enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk) to consider the complaint. Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint.

“No-win, No-fee” Terms and Conditions

There may be occasions when you as a client do not win and may still be charged.  Examples of this are as follows.

1. If you fail to co-operate and keep to your responsibilities under the terms of the Agreement. 
2. If the claim turns out to be a fraudulent claim.
3. If you reject our opinion about making a settlement with your opponent.
4. If you are ordered to pay a proportion of the other parties costs
