If, as a client, you are dissatisfied with any element of our service, (including about your bill), you should first contact the fee earner with responsibility for your matter or your relationship manager if you have one. If they are unable to resolve your dissatisfaction their head of the relevant department will be happy to discuss the matter with you or pass the matter onto the firm's Senior Partner.
